Vice Principal
Dr. Dhanaji. G. Bagal is an active & dynamic Vice Principal of the institute, since 2009. He is a Professor, HOD, PG & PhD Guide in the Department of Homoeopathic Repertory and Case taking.
In 2018, he created history by been elected as Dean – Faculty Homoeopathy, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik. He has been a dynamic member of different committees & has held various prestigious posts at MUHS, Nashik namely Member, Board of Studies – Clinical board; Chairman and Member, Board of Studies – P.G. Homoeopathic subject board and Member of Academic Council, MUHS, Nashik.
He has also been the competent authority of AMHMCM (P.G. CET – Admission process). He has successfully conducted various workshops for MUHS, Nashik. He has been deputed by Central Council of Homoeopathy and MUHS for inspection duties.
Dr. D. G. Bagal is known for his innovative and brainstorming ideas in promoting and propagating Homoeopathy. He is the brain behind organizing ‘Similia’ – A mega intercollegiate Quiz, Debate & Drug dramatization competition, one of its kinds in the field of Homoeopathy.
He is the Director of Dhanwantari Medical Trust, Mumbai. He is the Editor for the in-house peer review post graduate quarterly bulletin – ‘Aphorismi’. His articles are regular in numerous Homoeopathic journals. He has authored a book on Repertory – Synoptic Memorizer of Repertory. He has received various celebrated awards, to name a few, ‘Bharat Ratna Mother Teresa Gold Medal Award’, ‘Dr. Mahendra Singh Memorial Award’ & “National Journal of Homoeopathy – Author’s Award”.
Dr. Bagal was instrumental in commencing live online lecture series for the Homoeopathic fraternity through MUHS, during the COVID19 pandemic. This series was well appreciated by the entire Homoeopathic fraternity.
